Shipping & Returns

Orders are carefully prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

• United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
• Europe — 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world — 7–14 business days

International customers may be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

We accept returns of unworn, unused items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at SecretsQueen11@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened sleepwear, lingerie or intimate apparel
• Hair care products and oils once opened
• Bath, body and personal care items once opened
• Sale or final-clearance items

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
